Luis Palau Association

Luis Palau and his ministry have shared the Gospel with more than 1 billion people through evangelistic events and media. He has spoken in more than 75 countries and authored close to 50 books, contributed articles on issues of faith to countless publications, and counseled business leaders, political leaders, and heads of state around the world.

The Luis Palau Association proclaims the gospel, mobilizes the church, and equips the next generation of evangelists, through a wide variety of outreaches and movements. Festivals engage every level of the community, from civic leaders to church congregations, to demonstrate the love of Jesus and proclaim His Good News on a massive scale, and Palau Alliance Ministries serve member evangelists through mentoring & equipping, collaborative outreach events, and training & conferences.

Beginning in Portland, the LPA has developed a model, called CityServe, to transform cities through a united, sustainable effort by churches and cultural leaders, which meets critical needs and shares the love and message of Jesus Christ. CityServe is a gospel-centered, church-driven, disciple-led, and city-focused movement. Through these movements the Palau Association helps cities around the world begin and cultivate their own CityServe.

Human Trafficking

  1. Every 2 minutes a child is exploited in the sex industry.
  2. 12 yrs old is the average age of girls trafficked.
  3. 200,000 domestic sex slaves have already been forced into the commercial sex trade in the US.
  4. 1.2 million people are trafficked across international borders each year.
  5. 27 million victims of sex slavery and slave labor are crying out for freedom right now.

Portland, Oregon has one of the highest incident rates per capita for the sexual victimization of women, teens, and children in the United States. Although many churches and groups have taken up the cause against sex trafficking, no one church or organization can solve this problem.

Significant help can only come through a unified effort.
