Becoming a Mentor

The Mentoring Project seeks to respond to the American crisis of fatherlessness by inspiring and equipping faith communities to mentor fatherless youth. If you are currently involved with a faith community, The Mentoring Project suggests that you first connect with your pastoral staff or leadership of your faith community about your faith community's possible involvement with The Mentoring Project. For more information about how to become a mentor, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

The Mentoring Project is also asking faith communities in Portland to partner with them to help reach out to the 1,000 boys waiting for mentors. If you are a part of a church in Portland, fill out this form to become a partner. If you are from outside of the Portland area and would like to help sponsor a mentor, visit the donation page to help.
